Nuestra casa: My flat is ten minutes walking to the closest beach. It is spacious and new, exterior, with garage, terrace and all facilities. It has a living-room, a kitchen, an attic, two bathrooms, and three bedrooms (one with a 150 cms bed, one with two 90 cms beds, and one with three 90 cms beds). It is famous for its seafood´s quality/price relatio n and worldwide known by surf fans. 20 minutes by motorway is Lisbon, with monuments, museums and cultural offerings, shopping and entertainment of a vast capital. Also 20 minutes is Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, a beautiful area where you can visit, among others, the Pena Palace, the Moorish Castle, the National Palace, Cabo da Roca, the Capuchin Monastery, the Quinta of Regaleira ... 5 minutes is Mafra with its huge National Palace , 45 minutes is the walled city of Óbidos with its castle .... If you want to know the rest of Portugal, the localization of Ericeira in the middle of the country will allow you to reach easily both southern and northern regions. Somos una familia española interesada en intercambiar nuestra segunda vivienda en Portugal por alguna casa con al menos 3 dormitorios. Puede ser o no simultáneo. Aunque viajamos con niños, somos muy cuidadosos y respetuosos con las casas que visitamos. Hemos tenido varias experiencias de intercambio, todas ellas muy satisfactorias. Nuestra casa de Portugal es nueva y espaciosa, y está en una zona de costa preciosa muy cerca de Lisboa, por lo que merece mucho la pena visitarla. ¡Animáos a conocerla!
